Advocacy: Making a Difference

I am a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner–Supervisor (QASP-S) with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and diverse learning needs across educational and behavioral settings. My professional background includes special education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), leadership, supervision, family collaboration, and advocacy.

Throughout my career, I have worked alongside students, families, educators, behavior professionals, and interdisciplinary teams to promote meaningful outcomes through individualized support, evidence-based practices, and collaborative problem-solving. My experience includes educational consultation, IEP development and implementation, behavioral support, staff supervision and mentoring, and parent guidance.

As the founder of Think, Talk, Collaborate Educational Consulting, LLC, my goal is to help families better understand and navigate the special education process while advocating for appropriate services and supports that promote student success. I am passionate about empowering families with the knowledge, confidence, and practical strategies needed to advocate effectively and support meaningful progress at school, at home, and within the community.

I am committed to continued professional and academic growth and am currently pursuing advanced professional certifications through both the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA) and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). At the same time, I am furthering my education by studying toward an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Special Education. These advanced credentials will strengthen my ability to integrate special education, behavior analysis, advocacy, and leadership when supporting individuals and families with complex needs.

My long-term professional focus is to bridge educational consulting, special education advocacy, family support, and evidence-based behavioral services to help individuals achieve greater independence, improved quality of life, and lasting success.

I am committed to ethical practice, professional excellence, accountability, and collaborative partnerships that place the individual and family at the center of every decision.
